1. Return Window

We propose a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and, where applicable, original packaging. Items showing signs of use, washing, alterations, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or may not be matched to your order.

Please do not send returns to our registered office or another address unless our customer service team gives you written instructions to do so.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, including a preference for another size, color, or style, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost from the customer's location to our return warehouse in China.

ofcourseo does not provide free return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us before arranging return shipping. We will review the evidence and explain the appropriate resolution. Responsibility for reasonable return costs in these cases will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Estimated Return Shipping Cost

Because returns are shipped internationally to China, the actual price depends on your departure country, parcel weight and dimensions, shipping service, tracking option, and any applicable carrier fees.

For planning purposes only, a small parcel sent from the United States to China may cost approximately US$20–US$60 using an international postal or economy courier service. This is an illustrative estimate, not a guaranteed rate or a prepaid label price. Other countries and heavier parcels may cost more.

Before sending your return, obtain a quote from your local postal service or courier. You pay the carrier directly, and you should retain the tracking number and proof of postage.

We do not deduct an invented or fixed return-shipping charge from your refund. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the actual return postage to your selected carrier.

5. How to Request a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@ofcourseo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our customer service team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order information so that we can identify the package.

  4. Ship the parcel to the designated return warehouse in China and retain your tracking information.

  5. Email us the tracking number if requested, so we can follow the shipment.

Please do not ship an item before contacting us. This helps reduce the risk of a parcel being delayed or becoming difficult to identify.

6. Inspection and Refund Timing

After your returned parcel is delivered to our designated return warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for receipt confirmation, inspection, and refund processing.

If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

In a typical case, the overall period may therefore be approximately 10–17 business days after the return parcel is delivered, depending on inspection and payment-provider processing.

We will contact you if additional information is required or if there is a problem with the returned item. These time estimates are not a guarantee of the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact support@ofcourseo.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs of the item and, if relevant, its packaging and shipping label.

Please wait for our instructions before returning the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Do not assume that you must pay return shipping for an error caused by us.

8. Items That May Not Qualify for Change-of-Mind Returns

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, a change-of-mind return may be refused if an item has been worn, washed, altered, damaged through use, or returned without required tags or components.

Any specific final-sale or non-returnable item must be clearly identified before purchase. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Original Shipping Charges, Duties, and Other Fees

For a change-of-mind return, original outbound shipping charges, where separately paid, and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are not automatically refundable by ofcourseo. Any refund will be handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Return shipping is paid separately by the customer for eligible change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee under this policy.

10. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us before returning your item. An exchange depends on stock availability and may require a new order. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of a change-of-mind return.
